ABOUT
I am Oz Kabala, a product builder based in Israel. I take products from the first conversation to a live, revenue-ready launch, and I do the strategy, the narrative, the design and the full-stack engineering myself.
That is unusual and it is deliberate. Most products are assembled from parts made by people who never spoke to each other, and it shows in the finished thing: a homepage that promises something the product does not do, a beautiful interface built for a market that was never researched, thousands of pages that never rank because no one designed how they connect. None of those are execution failures. They are coherence failures, and they are what happens when nobody owns the whole.
My background runs across business strategy, content and storytelling, and software engineering. The combination is the point. I am not a developer who also writes, or a strategist who can prototype. Each of those disciplines constrains the others, and knowing where the constraints are is what makes the result hold together.
I also hold a Data Protection Officer certification from Bar-Ilan University, and I serve as an outsourced DPO for organizations subject to Israel's Privacy Protection Law. It sits closer to the rest of the work than it looks: privacy is an architecture decision long before it is a policy document.
HOW I THINK ABOUT IT
A strategist writes a deck. A copywriter writes words that do not match the deck. A designer designs around the words. A developer builds something that fits none of it. Every hand-off loses fidelity, and nobody in the chain is responsible for the total. Holding all four removes the losses rather than managing them.
What you decide to be called determines your information architecture, your URL structure, your internal linking and your schema. That is not a marketing decision that gets handed to engineering afterwards. It is the same decision, and it is cheapest to get right on the first afternoon.
Sites decay quietly. Indexes drop pages, integrations fail without raising an error, sitemaps freeze. Every project I run gets an automated check that keeps running after I stop looking, because the expensive failures are the ones nobody notices for a quarter.
It compresses the distance between deciding and shipping, which means more of the timeline goes to judgement and less to typing. It does not decide what to build, and it does not know what your market believes. Those are still the whole job.
WHAT I ACTUALLY DO
Listed plainly, because “end to end” means nothing without a list underneath it.
