The problem

US tax and immigration advice for Israelis is a market where the buyer is anxious, the subject matter is intimidating, and every competitor sounds like a government form. The anxiety is the real thing being sold against.

The strategic move

Five buyer personas built from actual search behaviour, then a topical map of six pillars and sixty clusters drawn before a single article was written. The order is the point. Most content projects write first and discover afterwards that the architecture never existed, which produces a hundred pages that never rank because none of them reinforce each other.

The content is Hebrew-first rather than translated. The source material is American and the buyer is Israeli, and the gap between those two is exactly where trust is won or lost.

The build

Next.js, structured data throughout, and a publishing panel the client uses directly. He approves and publishes his own articles without going through me, because a lead engine that depends on a developer's availability is not a lead engine.

The result

Live on its own domain with the foundation layer published, and an architecture that gets stronger with every article rather than more diluted.
